Where you use the client portal or staff portal, the agreement governing your relationship with Met Capital Ltd also applies and prevails over these terms in the event of conflict.

Content on the Site is provided for general information about Met Capital and its activities. Access to the client portal and staff portal is by invitation only, using credentials issued directly by Met Capital. You must keep your credentials confidential, must not share your account, and must notify us immediately through the contact form if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your credentials until you notify us. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Requests submitted through the client portal (including changes to address or payout details, document submissions, and withdrawal requests) are requests only. They do not take effect until reviewed and verified by Met Capital, which may include contacting you at the telephone number already on file. We will never ask you to confirm such changes by email.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, other users’ accounts, or the systems behind them;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Site, including by introducing malicious code or overloading our infrastructure;
- use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or copy content beyond ordinary search-engine indexing;
- upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you are not entitled to share;
